- boil milk
- stir in a little yogurt
- keep it warm for 4-8 hours
- make it cold
- enjoy

The first recipe works better for me. I gotta have details so I know I’m doing it right. Like “it will boil up the sides of the pan.” I’ve made freezer jam before and my other sister taught me and said “it will look like it’s going to explode” so I knew I was safe when it did.
